Beargrass Protogrove

Pollinator Day 2026

Pollinator Day is an event hosted annually by Purdue University's Extension Master Gardener Program.

(Pro Druidry Tip: if you are looking for information on nature in your area (and people who are excited about it), your local agricultural university extension is a good place to start! In addition to Pollinator Day, our extension has a Native Habitat Restoration Team, a Master Gardener program, and more!)

The Protogrove is quite fond of pollinators, so we decided to check it out! We went to the event, enjoyed some booths and a native plant sale, and then had a picnic at a nearby park. It was a beautiful day to be outside celebrating our pollinator friends!

A smiling woman stands in front of a food truck, holding a cup of coffee and a sign that says Beargrass Protogrove, ADF.

Two signs - one says

A Druid wearing a purple shirt is lighting a charcoal grill, while a Canada Goose stands nearby.
